African Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Medicine (AJOMPM) publishes manuscript aimed to provide our readers with current research findings that will impact positively on the practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology/Medicine, Forensic Odontology, Oral Biology and Oral/Maxillofacial Radiology worldwide.

The journal manuscripts published in this issue are depicting additional knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of odontogenic tumours, salivary gland malignancies, developmental anomalies and common periodontal disease in humans. In addition, some interesting case reports from researches done in collaboration with other dental specialists were presented in the journal for our readers.
