About the Journal
African Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Medicine (AJOMPM) aims to provide our readers with current research findings that will impact positively on the practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology/Medicine, Forensic Odontology, Oral Biology and Oral/Maxillofacial Radiology worldwide. This current issue of the journal consists mostly of the research work presented at the Annual Scientific Conference of Nigerian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Medicine held in Enugu, Nigeria (May 2018).
The journal manuscripts published include recent researches on the diagnosis of orofacial non-Hodgkin lymphoma and clinicopathologic patterns of fibro-osseous lesions. Additionally, studies on benign non-pleomorphic salivary gland tumours and odontogenic lesions associated with dentigerous cyst were presented. The patterns of presentation of patients with burning mouth syndrome and trigeminal neuralgia were published in this issue of the journal. Our readers will find these journal articles interesting.
